learn how to create and edit documents, set margins, indent paragraphs,
underline, bold, italicize, change fonts, apply borders and shading, move
and copy text, create numbers and bullets, use the format painter, use
templates and print.
Microsoft Word Intermediate Training Classes: Learn the
features of mail merge, tables, using columns, working with styles, creating
and formatting a table, setting and adjusting tab stops, adding page breaks,
formatting columns, inserting page numbers, working with headers and
footers, working with sections, working with graphics and printing on
envelopes and labels.
Our classes are all instructor-led, hands-on learning. Each student has
their own computer and is given a student manual with practice files to take
home. A free repeat, within six months, is included as well as thirty days
of technical support.

also see how to share documents, create footnotes and endnotes, do advanced
formatting techniques, create a chart and form, create a table of contents

Microsoft Excel Introduction : In this class you
will learn how to design financial spreadsheets, create formulas to total
rows and columns, do averages and percentages, copy and move information,
apply formatting to your spreadsheets, use the format painter, print, insert
and remove columns and rows, do margins and set print ranges, and work on
multiple spreadsheets at the same time.
Microsoft Excel Intermediate: In this class you'll create
and filter lists, use graphing features to create bar, line and pie charts
from spreadsheets, enhance your charts, and link formulas across sheets.
You'll also learn Excel's database features, create your own template, and
learn how to use pivot tables. Using advanced functions in formulas will
also be practiced.
Microsoft Excel Advanced Training Classes: We will
learn importing and exporting, use of data forms and named ranges,
formatting numbers, using the solver, sorting and filtering lists, creating
macros, spreadsheet protection and validation, master data validation,
merging and linking workbooks, and using advanced data analysis tools and
lookup functions such as VLookup.
Microsoft Excel VBA: In this class you'll learn to
simplify your work in Excel by automating many of the repetitive tasks that
are part of spreadsheet development. You'll apply the Visual Basic for
Applications (VBA) programming language to simplify many of the tasks you

Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate:
We will create templates and adjust background settings, create Word-Art,
work with graphics, apply animation, hide slides, create handouts and notes.
You will also learn how to apply enhanced formatting for your text.

tables, reports, queries, forms and more!
Access is used to create custom databases. Whether you want to hold
contact information, financial information, inventory, or other information,
Access is the way to go. We offer five class levels: Introduction,
Intermediate, Advanced, Advanced Data Access, and VBA.
Microsoft Access Introduction:
In our Introduction to Access you will learn to design a database,
create tables, use forms, use filters, enter and correct information,
perform queries by using practical examples and create reports.
Microsoft Access Intermediate:
In our Intermediate Access class you'll learn how to use action
queries, use calculated fields, adjust data types, set field properties, and
perform database maintenance. You will also use input masks, use controls in
forms, learn the lookup feature, work with Access and the Internet, and work
further with queries and reports.
Microsoft Access Advanced:
In our Advanced Access class you will learn the principles of table
relationships; advanced query techniques; an introduction to functions,
macro actions, advanced form techniques including using macros in forms;
database security, and advanced report techniques.
Microsoft Access Introduction:
In our Advanced Data Access class you'll learn remote database
management, how to exchange data with XML and other applications, and how to
automate your business processes using VBA code.

In our Access VBA class you will learn how to make your data available

will focus on creating your project plan. We will create projects, work with
calendars and tasks, define task relationships, and more!
Managing Projects Our Managing Projects class we will
talk about tracking work in an ongoing project, work with the calendar,
create reports, work with Master Projects, and use HTML with a project.
